Screen Printing Nylon Bonding Additive is a low-temperature cure additive designed to improve plastisol ink adhesion on nylon garments. Depending on the mixing ratio, it can also help minimize fibrillation for a cleaner, more professional finish. This additive must be mixed with plastisol ink and is not compatible with water-based inks.

Mixing Guidelines:

• To reduce fibrillation: Add 3-5% by weight to plastisol ink.
• For nylon adhesion: Add 5-10% by weight to plastisol ink.

⚠ Note: Once mixed, the ink has a shelf life of approximately 6 hours.
